Local first
Your meal log starts on your iPhone and remains useful offline. The website only receives records through the sync mode you choose.
Nibble is designed around a simple boundary: your local log is yours, cloud sync is explicit, and AI only runs when you choose an AI feature.

After you sign in, choose automatic or manual sync in onboarding or Profile -> Account. Meal photos stay on your iPhone by default.
AI features are optional. When you ask for an analysis, Nibble sends the minimum context needed for that request through the managed service.
Use the iPhone app for local data controls. The signed-in web dashboard also lets you permanently delete your account and synced cloud data.
Sync can include meals and nutrition, saved foods and recipes, water, fasting, weight, profile goals, and chat history. Meal photos remain on the iPhone by default. Health-derived values may be included when they are part of the records or calculations you choose to sync.
Nibble does not sell your information or share it for advertising. We do not send raw HealthKit samples to normal phone AI requests. HealthKit, camera, photos, microphone, and speech access are used only when you enable the related feature.
The Privacy Policy explains legal bases, retention, and service providers. The AI processing disclosure explains what may leave the app. The Health disclaimer explains why estimates should be reviewed.
